Sessions run early November through the week before Christmas

Spots are limited to keep every session unhurried. Most days run 9:00 AM to 7:45 PM with a midday break from 11:45 to 1:00. A few dates run on different hours, so check the calendar below for what's open. Pick an open slot to book instantly, no waiting on a DM reply.

Booking a slot holds it for you, but your date is only confirmed once we receive proof of payment for your 50% reservation fee (₱4,500) via Instagram or Facebook DM within 24 hours, and you get a confirmation from our team through Facebook or Instagram DM. Unconfirmed slots may be released to the next family.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the session, and how many people can join?
Each session is 45 minutes and covers up to 10 family members. Kids under 2 years old join for free.
When will we get our photos?
Raw photos are sent through Google Drive within 3 days of your session. Fully edited photos follow within 4–7 days, along with your customized digital holiday card.
Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
Yes. A 50% reservation fee secures your date: ₱4,500. After you book a slot on our calendar, send your proof of payment via Instagram or Facebook DM within 24 hours. Once we verify it, you'll get a confirmation from our team through Facebook or Instagram DM. Slots without confirmed payment may be released to the next family.
How can I pay the reservation fee?
You can pay your reservation fee (₱4,500) via GCash, BPI Savings, or Maribank — all under the name Justine May Lope:

After paying, send us a screenshot of your receipt via Instagram or Facebook DM within 24 hours to confirm your slot.
What if our family is bigger than 10 people?
Up to 2 additional family members are welcome for ₱500 each, for a cozy group of up to 12 in one 45-minute slot. For bigger families of 13 or more, we recommend booking two session slots (₱9,000 each) — this simply gives everyone, especially the little ones, enough unhurried time in front of the camera. Our set comfortably fits up to 18 people, so we're happy to accommodate larger families across two slots.
Can we reschedule if something comes up?
Yes — rescheduling is available for a ₱3,000 fee.
Can we bring our pet?
Yes — fur babies are welcome with strict guidelines. Send us a message ahead of your session so we can prep the set.
What should we wear?
We'll send clothing inspiration once your date is booked, so your family's outfits complement this year's set.
Is parking available?
Yes — parking is available for up to 3 cars, and street parking is also available nearby.
